By using the Wearl app, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

Wearl is an AI-powered wardrobe management app. It lets you digitize your wardrobe by photographing your clothes and receive AI outfit suggestions.

Account

You must sign in with an Apple or Google account to use the app.

You are responsible for the security of your account.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions

Free plan: Basic features (30 items, 2 outfit suggestions per day).

Wearl Premium: A monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription — unlimited items, unlimited AI suggestions, occasion-based outfits, favorites, outfit history, daily reminders, and more. Current prices are shown in the app and at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled.

You can turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.

User Content

The photos you upload and the data you create belong to you.

Your photos are sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis but are not stored there.

You may not use your content for unlawful purposes.

AI Suggestions

AI outfit suggestions are generated automatically and are advisory in nature. Their accuracy or suitability is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the app.
